After working in separate offices for many years, as husband-and-wife chiropractors we decided that northern Bergen County was the place to join forces. Being in Ramsey has allowed us to create incredible relationships and be close to our friends and families. With over 40 years of combined experience, you can be sure that we are prepared to help you get to where you want to be.
We’ve always felt that when you come to Chiro Health Spa, you were put in our path for a reason. Rather than simply “patching you up” and sending you on your way, we take a significantly different approach.
We pride ourselves on our passion for learning, staying up to date on the latest research, and bringing that to our patients and community. The structural correction techniques we use are among the most researched in all of chiropractic.

Dedicated, nurturing and skilled in various modalities of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Dr. Narges Sarrafan is a highly credentialed Doctor of Acupuncture (DACM). She has great success in treating anxiety and depression, insomnia, hormonal imbalances, respiratory issues, mental and emotional health and digestive issues, to name a few
Fernanda Reis
Office Manager
Fernanda Reis is our fabulous office manager and chief operating officer. She has been with the Chiro Health Spa team since its inception in 2008. Leadership is in her bones! Born in Brazil, her family immigrated to the United States and started one of the largest churches in Newark for the local Brazilian and Portuguese community. She lives to serve and help as many people as possible and uses chiropractic as a main tool to do so. If you have a question, she’s the person to ask! Fernanda is married and the mother of two beautiful, intelligent girls. We are so blessed to have her lead our team!
Chris Rios
Chiropractic Assistant
A massage therapist by trade, Chris joined our team in 2021. Already a lifetime patient at Chiro Health Spa, his love and interest for the chiropractic lifestyle motivated him to seek out a place on our team as a Chiropractic Assistant, and we couldn’t be happier! His work ethic and search for knowledge are unparalleled, as is his desire to help people from all walks of life. Highly energetic and extremely self-motivated, you will always experience a warm welcome and a smiling face from Chris!

As a gift from above, Amanda was added to our team in 2023. Talk about a perfect fit! Her love and passion to serve and motivate is visible with every interaction. With New York roots, her dynamic personality brightens up the office. She is here and ready to help you get scheduled and follow through your care plan getting you each day closer to reaching your health goals.
